I'm totally confused by one of my VS orders & need help figuring it out. This is the order that was incorrect. I received 3 items that I didn't order, but nothing I ordered. I contacted CS. They replied saying they would send what I ordered, along with a prepaid label to return the incorrect items. I received the correct items today, but I don't understand the invoice. The invoice has the items I ordered listed, then has the same items with RTN beside them in the status column. I'm guessing that means return. Dontknow The return form is prefilled. The items to return are the items I ordered. Confused Also, the label isn't prepaid. Will they charge me a second time, if I don't return the bra & panties I ordered & want to keep? I know I'll have to contact them again to get a prepaid label. Thanks in advance for the help. I don't want to pay for the same bra twice.

The invoice with them showing the ordering of the items then the return of the others, that is they way they do it to keep their inventory records straight. The way they did it shows no change in inventory, if they did it by sending out one with a invoice only say they sent out one of each, then their inventory will now say they sent you two at two different times. Hope that makes sense. As in the return label, you need to call them on that one.

I'd probably wait and call after the return is processed. Even if you call now, they'll still probably screw it up. I wish I had more faith in their cs laugh out loud.

Were there charges on this new invoice? I'm thinking they processed the correct order as an exchange, so that they can send them out without charge. and maybe the return invoice is pre-filled so that they know they were expecting the returns from you.

any of us can just speculate, but it seems to make sure you and vs are on the same page about what's going on, you'll need to contact them.

That does make sense thanks. I was really confused by my purchased items being in the prefilled return form. I don't want to return them. laugh out loud

It shows a charge, then it's deducted. That seems fine. It's the return portion that had me confused. My original email to them included info on the incorrect items. It surprised me to see the bra & panties I ordered were listed on the return form. I was concerned they thought I had received duplicates of what I ordered instead of incorrect items. I'm sure the package I originally received would have cost more, but it was useless to me.

I had exact same situation as yours with no problem of the refund shipping. How did you contact them? Mine was via email. I have something to back me up of what they said.

omg the smashbox studio thing was so freakin awesome!!! i got my makeup done (they used a new e/s palette plus their new 15 hr cream shadows), they had a bar and lots of finger foods, and we got a gift bag at the end of the night with 2 samples (eye primer and mascara, blech) and a $10 sephora gift card!!! Faint that is probably the best 200 point perk i've ever seen!! laugh out loud i was sad that i had to leave "early" (at 9) kuz i was late for a meeting with a photographer so i didn't get to have my photo taken, but they had a professional photographer with a studio light set up and they were taking your photo and then giving it to you on a cd!! anyway it was a really cool experience. i can't believe i was almost going to miss it!!

i have crazy teal/blue eyeshadow on right now. i love it, but i def don't think i could reproduce it. they also used the green primer on me kuz i was all red from the drinks Coverlaugh. it worked surprisingly well!

azn - it was a vib email that i got maybe 2 weeks ago. you had to call in to sign up for it, and it filled up within a day. luckily my friend signed up and brought me as her guest. i'm so glad i got to go!

Also, there is a lot of variability in the quality of the shipments I've gotten. The packaging has its kinks and I would say about 50% of my Vita Coco shipments have had something wrong with them. It should just look like cloudy water. The yellow ones have gone bad. I email Amazon when this happens and they shoot me a new box. This shipment, the screw cap of one got sheared off and emptied in the box... Roll Eyes (Sarcastic) . Amazon CS is aware of the tetrapack problems.
