That's good. Maybe some professional help might be beneficial to him? I over think too much all the time, so I totally know what you mean. I can think myself until tired, yet still without a solution. Sometimes you just have to let it go. Can't control everything, thinking it to death won't do him any good. But sometimes, I just can't help and think away. He'll be okay, as long as he knows, baby steps at a time.
That's what I tell him. He needs to learn to let things go, but he doesn't seem capable of doing that. Frown He is doing much better than he did, when he was younger. We're encouraged by that. Now he says he's decided to go to school in Miami, even if we don't move. I hope it works out & he'll stay.

Richmond. LOL. They are building a humongous church north of there that was going to be a 2 year job and he was running the electrical. The church was going to built in a town outside of Richmond, can't think of the name at the moment, but we would of had to live outside of the town because the schools were terrible. To live in a nice area with good schools would of been crazy expensive for a tiny apartment. None of us wanted to go so it's a big relief that we don't have to. :nod :

What part of NC? My brother lives in Waxhaw and it is beautiful there. I'd move there in a heartbeat! : )
That's too funny about Richmond. I'd say you dodged a bullet there. Stick Out Tongue Every morning the news was reporting on a new crime most of which were murder. We were planning to put our DS in private school there. Thankfully, we moved right before he started kindergarten. When we moved to FL, we investigated schools before deciding on a location to rent & buy. When we moved to Richmond, our DS was young & we didn't give it much thought. shake head

Our property is in the Mtns. of NC. Have you ever heard of Asheville? It's about 45 minutes from there. The town is Burnsville, but I'm sure you haven't heard of it. It's in the same county as Mount Mitchell, which is the highest peak in the eastern US.

It sounds like you and DH are doing your best for your son. I completely understand why your son would not want to take meds. (Some meds take care of one thing, but then cause a host of other issues.) Counseling is definitely a great idea though! And it's awesome that he is open to that. Everything will be okay, it just takes some time to get there.
:hug :
Thanks hug

I know. I felt bad for fussing at her. She flipped her horse on top of her and then drove herself to the er. I told her she should have called someone or got an ambulance. She'll be ok. Just sore.
She sounds like a tough woman. I hope she heals quickly.

Quote from PordaPoddy :
Thanks : ) She seemed to take it well. Appreciated being told how I felt and exactly why, said she'd try to do better... though didn't like me bringing up her comments about bridesmaid appearances- hair color, etc. She told her fiancee about that one part and he told the co-worker BM, "She's calling her a nazi, my fiancee might not get that but I do". :nod : In her reply, she added a PS- saying that she was totally joking about all that stuff. :rolleye s: Beyond that, we took the week off while I was on the trip and it was good. She has since sent a funny picture, so I guess we'll start talking soon.
I'm glad things are going better. That email may have been just what she needed.

That hat was like the Bebe one I returned! I hated it because I couldn't see :lol : I'd like to see, thank you very much!

BTW I got that cross back dress. Fits me just perfectly! Except, it's a little loose fitting than what I'm used to with skin hugging dresses. Makes me feel like I can eat without looking fat :lol :

I will say that the Goregous doesn't work, but the Very Sexy multi way does. Just put a clear halter strap for the neck and do the low back and it's PERFECT! I got it in black :nod : I'm going to pass on the white though unless it goes to clearance because I'm afraid it will make me look fatter and I'm scared to try a Size 2 for it being too tight.

Waist fell at natural waist and I didn't think it was too short for me. I think it's about 4 inches above the knees, like what it looked like on the model. :hear t: it

GH - If you're still considering the dress, I say go for it!
I'm glad to hear the VS multi-way works. It's on my SAS list. I have that dress in my cart now. Big Grin I also still really want the metallic lace dress http://www.victoriassecret.com/ss...=md-278234. I procrastinated & 4 is OOS in the mauve rose color. I don't know whether to try the 6 or not.

I kind of want one now. I mean...if the codes stack, why not? (Isn't that my reasoning for buying most things? Teehee ) I would most likely doctor it up with a pair of scissors so it's less...fug. Maybe turn it into a crop top for the beach or something.

Your DS will be fine! nod

The dress link doesn't work and I'm thinking it could be the other one we were talking about in the metallic, which I've seen. I'd suggest just going with your normal dress size. I don't remember what that was because it may run bigger. Dontknow Sizing has been weird lately...

i've been waiting for them to post my negs for returns in store, and they never showed up. i think they just added those now, where the points are negative, but doesn't say reward issued. at least you've returned them already. i haven't - so i earned a lot this time, but will gave to do some catching up afterwards.

I saw that one too. I was a bit like her in the beginning... I mean- if your job felt like it had the cleanliness level of a janitorial position, how motivated are you to put cute stuff in the danger zone of lab? I like to think I made the transition to post-makeover on my own over a year or two... probably because I started interacting with students. Blush2

i can't find anything to buy from beauty.com.
You could cut eye holes in the front to peek out from Coverlaugh Beauty.com, if I want a freebie, I always get the shoepetals stuff.
I feel the same way about the shirt, don't all the statements sound a bit self-absorbed? Free is free but they'd be PJ shirts for me.

Sorry about the link. It works for me. Dontknow The item # is MD-278-234. It is the metallic dress we discussed before. I don't know why I kept procrastinating. Doh I'm not sure what size I am. I'm either a 2 or 4 in most bottoms. In tops I'm either a S or M. VS sizes vary so much it's hard to know what size to order. From anywhere else, I'm a S in tops. I wish VS was more consistent. I think I'll order the 6. I can always return it, if it doesn't fit. A 2 would most likely be too small.

nod and you'll just be behind lab coat and goggles anyway.

Very cute dress!!! This is one thing that's annoying about shopping online - I often find myself torn between sizes. If I really love the item, I'll order both sizes (esp. if there's a chance it will go OOS)...but it's such a hassle to keep track of returns.

Yah, try the 6. It might actually work.

I can't wait for SAS! woot I hope that dress goes down in price! VS needs to fix their sizing and up their quality! That crossback dress was not worth $69.50 in my opinion. More like $39.50, but I was able to use GC, so I'm keeping it.

I can't wait for the criss cross dress since ayoungpretender said it's quite nice fabric nod

for dresses, you have to consider your assets also. esp in a dress like that where it's not very elastic up there. makes it even harder!

Iagree i think 39.50 or 49.50 would have been a more suitable price point for that dress, since it's thin. but i really really love the criss cross in the back... which is why i'm trying so hard to fit it! laugh out loud

did you try cross-back in the vs multiway? i wonder if that would work or if it would show... i'm not a fan of clear straps.
