hmmmm, vs processed my big box of returns and i think they got everything right, except for 1 item - it was a bra where they originally charged me shipping when they weren't supposed to. they fixed the problem, but now with the return they are retracting the fix - they probably think the credit was for a price adjustment when it was not. to make it worse, originally they had mistakenly credited my account twice for the 1 shipping charge (so they credited 15.20 when it should have been 7.60). now they took a 15.20 adjustment from my return (when it should have been 7.60). i don't even know how to explain this to them, bc it's so confusing that it took me 20 minutes just to recall what actually happened. this was a bra order from 10 months ago. i've been returning a lot lately and definitely would not want to draw attention to my account. you think it's worth it to ask about this mistake? at least i wasn't charged for return shipping for this box bc i used a free return label.
i'd say just let this go. get them next time.
this is me being lazy, and not wanting them to notice me.

Depends on if you want to spend the energy explaining this to them. Personally, I would call to set them straight. I see this being about at least a 20 minute conversation depending on how smart the SA is and whether they can follow you.

If you're lazy, just let it go. Not sure if you will have a next time to get them, but perhaps

I guess I didn't pay that much attention to the dress online. Blush On you it does look youthful. I'll try it on for my DH to see what he thinks. Knowing him he'll say to keep it like he always does. Rolleyes2 If it looks too young, but he likes it, I can make it a vacation dress so the people I know won't think I'm trying to recreate my youth. laugh out loud
I disagree. I think the dress can definitely work for you Smilie I'm not sure what color you got it in, but this reminds me of the 50s dresses. It's got that nice retro style with the cinched waist and flared skirt. I love it, I hope you will too!

No kidding. How could I not order it, after that sales pitch? I ordered another dress earlier today. The worst part is I never wear dresses, except on cruises. I'm going to have to learn to wear them other places, or stop buying them. shake head
Me too, I hardly wear dresses. I'll even put them on and think "nah, too much of a fuss for today" Roll Eyes (Sarcastic) . I think it's mostly the strapless issue... but I love the Tee Dress . [victoriassecret.com] I have one and I try to wear it a lot- it's basically a long T-shirt, so it's stupidly overpriced. It glances off the chest, hips, and butt without feeling too form fitting. It's also got a nice length (I'm 5'6" and it's longer on me than it is on the model).

let me go back and zoom that in! laugh out loud

Morning! VS SAS going to take all our money! :l ol:
Hide I know! I'm trying not to order too much stuff as I am losing weight at a pretty good rate right now, but when I am bigger than normal and uncomfortable, I live in the essential t's and fleece pants or PINK sweats around the house. (More so than when I am comfortable weight wise - and I LOVE to be comfy on the weekends lol!) hug Hope you are doing well Smilie

Sorry you missed out on the stuff on your wishlist. I hate when that happens. Unfortunately, I can only sew a little by hand, so I can't do any major alterations. I wish I could sew. When I was young, I wasn't at all domesticated. Home Ec. was the last class I would have taken. I did dye curtains once. It took forever to get the dye out of my washing machine. Dyeing fabric isn't hard at all. I just need a more efficient way to do it.

:wa ve2: How's the baby girl? I hope she's feeling better.

I've returned around $800 worth in the last month. We won't talk about how much I've spent. :te ehee:

The closest one to me is on the corner of Hwy. 54 & Hwy. 40. The stores on East Busch Blvd. & North Florida Ave. may be closer for you. There's also one in Zephyrhills, which isn't far from Wesley Chapel. Now that I think about it, that may be your best bet. My DH is stopping by the stores on N FL & 54/40 on his way home. I'll let you know what he finds.
wave I guess I don't feel bad about my box of returns right now laugh out loud I didn't keep much, nothing fits *quite* well enough. The cotton bras were OK, but just OK. They seemed to gap a little at the top but weren't big enough in the rest of the cup...definitely not a style that a DD will work in. Right now I think my most comfortable find is the BBV Full Coverage in a DDD.

Quote from GoHeels :
We need to all make a pact to not talk about VS until SAS. At this rate, I'm not going to have any money left for SAS. :ee k:
I KNOW. I cancelled one backorder the other day and it cancelled everything of mine...so yesterday I reordered and then more to get the makeup bags (which I don;t even need laugh out loud )

decided to model the vs cross back dress! this is me in turquoise, size 4 (i guess that's my size in vs dresses or tops - sometimes i can wear a 2). copying alvs' way of using the flash to block out my face! : lol: sorry it's so wrinkled - i was sorta sitting on it for a few days. i guess i don't like the way it looks in front on me but i :he art: the back!

That dress looks fabulous on you!!! I love the color too!

If I were you, I'd probably just let the return go so as not to draw attention to my account, but then again, it is $15. Maybe try the chat?

You should wear it with a nude/tan tank next time to really give them a thrill.

I hope you're right. I ordered yellow. If it works for me, I'd like to have turquoise too. I ordered yellow first, because that was the color that seemed to sell the best. I didn't want it to sell out. I thought I could always get turquoise later. Naturally, turquoise is the one you can't order now. Doh

That's a cute dress. Do you have it in stripes? I love those colors.

I wear sweats & tees all the time too. If I'm going to sit around the house, I at least want to be comfortable.
