Update - I emailed VS this morning and this is the reply I got:

Hello CCJ,

Thank you for your email regarding your returns. I am happy to assist you with your inquiry.

I assure you that you will only be charged once for the return label if you return multiple orders within one package and use one pre-addressed UPS return label. To ensure accurate return entry, however, we do not recommend returning merchandise from more than one customer number.

Just letting you know that I did a return via store yesterday and I didn't get a Processing fee tacked on.

Just waiting for the credit to go back to my card, but I didn't see an Processing fee.

About the legality of Processing fees, I think it's actually completely legal, but it could depend on where the business operates. I know at my old job, they charged a 10% processing/restocking fee for returns.

So it could just be a one-off or something, hopefully.
I'm not a Katy Perry fan so I may have missed that. Ugh. It just irritates me laugh out loud.

I am pretty sure they can charge a percentage fee or something, but it would seem like they would have to notify people first. Who knows - seems like everything may be a glitch - kind of like when you cancelled one backordered item it cancelled them all for awhile!!

Oh, and all of the beauty and fragrance at my store went 75% off this AM. Got a few body spray and lotion sets - didn't buy any bottles of perfume though...in the Louisiana heat, body spray seems to be the better bet.

Looks like it shouldn't be a problem then!

Just wondering if they know about people creating multiple accounts. I hope they aren't saying that they found your multiple accounts, assuming you have more than one. EEK!

Oh, ha - if they really looked into my accounts, having 2 would be the least of their worries for me LOL. Maybe sisters or mother and daughter tried returning things together? I dunno. I only ever use DH's account when I am ordering something I KNOW I won't return. On the rare chance I do - I return it in store.

I can't believe they have raised almost $300,000 for this woman though! How amazing. The extremes between cruelty and generosity in this are amazing to see. I wish that woman and her family the best and truly hope she gets every dime from indiegogo [indiegogo.com]...

I agree! Kids these days think they have all the power, but what happens when mommy and daddy stop paying for their living, electricity, car, phone, credit cards, food, etc...?

That's one interesting tidbit about CEOs...could depend on what industry. I was reading in Forbes about working at investment banks from a college grad's perspective and they said that they didn't know anything about the money market themselves and they were being paid top dollar to advise top companies about how to spend their money when they didn't know what they were doing Facepalm I guess it just depends on the industry, but that's quite interesting!

I'm sorry you girls were bullied. hug I was never a bully, but I wasn't as nice as I should have been. After graduating high school, I found out how people saw me. Until then, I didn't realize how my actions affected people. It's not something I'm proud of now. I'm not the same person I was then. Having my son changed me a lot. Fortunately, most of us grow out of stuff like that. Those who don't aren't someone I'd want to associate with anyway.
