I thought bras would be reduced to 15.99 two weeks after the start date of SAS in store. Or 19.99 is the now 15.99??

Will your DH not revolt against that print? laugh out loud I love the bottom of the dress. The print on the top is iffy for me. The green version doesn't look as dressy. I love the way it's made though.

I'm definitely planning to get the dress you linked. It's the gold dress that I don't like as good as the nude version. It just looks like a lot of material & it's a little busy. I'm hoping it will look better in person. I'll definitely give it a try & let you all know what I think. I'm waiting for a sale though. It's not uncommon for me to choose the items that need to go on sale. shake head In stores, I automatically gravitate to the most expensive styles, without trying to. Unfortunately, I have expensive taste on a low budget. laugh out loud

I'll mostly wear the white dress as a cover-up. To wear it as a dress you would need a slip & pasties. It's definitely see-through, but a 1/2 slip would fix that problem. It's a very flattering dress on me.

BTW.... been meaning to tell you there is a new sushi place opening up in the shopping center with World Of Beer and Stone Grill here in New Tampa. It's called Koizi, Endless Hibachi & Sushi Eatery. DH and I are waiting for it to open. It's where the old Panda Buffet was. Thought I would let you know since you are a sushi lover like myself. Smilie

Not GH but I love it! Wish it didn't have a shelf bra and has something more supportive in it. My girls need structure. LOL.

I'm glad you like it. Smilie I ended up ordering it too. It's very flattering. I wish it was a bit shorter on me (it's knee length), but I'm going to order it in teal & coral anyway. If only I knew how to hem, I'd really love it.

I can actually wear that dress w/o a bra & my boobs definitely aren't perky anymore. shake head I'll need pasties, but it's the first built-in bra garment of any type that I've tried & would wear w/o a bra. It has a lot of support. As a matter of fact, I've never even tried pasties before. I hope I'll be okay with them.

    LOVE! The color really pops against a tan. Fits TTS (a bit looser than other VS XS items). I meant to reply to this post earlier. Is the VS dress too dressy to wear the black one as a cover-up? I already had it in my cart, before your review. Now I'm concerned it may not be casual enough. I need cover-ups that are nice enough to wear over my swim suit in restaurants on the way home from the beach. I'm not talking fine dining restaurants, but some of the better chain restaurants like Bonefish Grill or Carrabba's.

I think you've talked me into ordering the green color too.

DEFINITELY get the green!!! It is sooo pretty. It's not too dressy at all! You can definitely wear it as a cover up and the good thing about the embellishments, is it makes it more beach-to-wherever appropriate. Thumbup

my dress came in!! i just picked it up... much better in my size, but now i reeeeally have to get spanx, kuz it catches on my love handles. Sadwalk what are the best spanx that get rid of love handles?? mine are pretty severe. also it's too big up top. made for you big boob ladies! laugh out loud they were trying to convince me to sew in pads but it's at least an inch too big so i'll probably get it altered. (that'd be a LOT of pads) is it weird that when the saleslady said another girl came in right after me and ordered the dress, i was sad? laugh out loud
