i got an express order where i ordered 2 clutches. i received some lace tank and some lace underwear. Annoyed the invoice was correct with the 2 clutches tho. was a little busy yesterday so i didn't get a chance to call. annoyed that i have to take time to call - u think they'll just refund my money? i was going to return those clutches anyway bc i reordered them with a larger discount.

also, what usually happens to the stuff they send you instead?

what's going on at express?

new olay 10 off 30 rebate [olay.com]. i ordered some face wash and wash cloths from amazon - 5 for 2 is a decent deal. i use the sensitive face wash and it seems to work reasonably well with clarisonic.

which VS was this? this happened to me too, not with the new machines PA automatically, but when the SA rang it up again, came up as full price. the manager came and was able to do it manually. this may be long drive for you, but perhaps if you're willing to head to South Coast (Crystal Court VS)...try PA there. also, that VS has a LOT of $19.99 bras/panties. slim pickings on sleepwear. NO additional off sleep wear.

What codes can we combine with ship25? I need to reorder the Sequin Rib Tank Dress http://www.victoriassecret.com/ss...=WU-281077. I ordered M, which is what I've been needing in VS dresses to cover the chest area. M in this dress is way too big.

IDK what's up with them! Crazy They sent me an extra cami (they were packaged together in the same bag?!) and swapped shorts out for gaucho pants. Totally hate calling too though. UGH.

Totally warm and clear- just a great stretch of days Surf I've lived here over a year and DH and I just went down to the "beach" for the first time. OMG I put 'beach' in quotes because it's all rocky shoreline here, the resort next door trucks in a patch of sand so I have some place to put a towel down laugh out loud
i called them and it was relatively easy - they refunded me (my clutches are oos now) and i'm supposed to ship back the 2 missing items. the items are actually tagged with the order # - the number on the larger sticker on the bag that starts with 16 is your order number - so i told the girl that order number and she looked it up and sure enough, it was an order with the tank and undies that i received. laugh out loud

anyway, she was really nice and actually noted my account to give me free overnight shipping on my next order. i have no idea how that would actually be applied, but it was very nice of her to do that. all i really wanted was my refund, bc i had reordered my clutches anyway. hopefully my 2nd order was actually clutches and not some other random items!

Dtwn la. The acting manager was a dummy. I emailed cs and they had me call n provide the receipt info n are sending me the difference via gc. Thanks for your suggestion Smilie
