Having a lawyer helps I'm sure but he/she will also take his/her cut. My mom also got a small settlement because she hurt her neck.

Oh I know. 33% for settling out of court. 40% going to court. I'm pretty sure it won't be the latter, though. The person was issued a citation, they rear-ended me, it's pretty damned clear-cut who was at fault. laugh out loud

DH has an interview tomorrow for a management position with his current company. I think 6-8 people are being interviewed (including him) and they're hiring internally.

He has the first interview and they're only doing one interview every so many days. Him being the first chosen candidate to interview is good, right?!

I'm more nervous about this than he is laugh out loud

Yep, its good because he will be the first one that they remember AND everyone will have to live up to how he Kicked Major A$$ in the interview!!

I am waiting to hear from my interview that I had last week.... ( c'mon CALL dammit!) LOL!

Okay. Still back and neck pain, headaches, all that fun stuff. I went to the lawyer's office today, so got that all sorted out. They're going to handle that for the medical aspect now. And the treatments are helping. Smilie

I still have to finish getting the car part sorted out. Then once they send me a check, somehow find another car! EEK!
