It's... abstract...
I enabled GPU compositing on all pages, and GPU Accelerated SVG Filters. I cannot guarantee this won't blow up your system or make your browser unuseable. But it made mine noticeably more responsive, especially on pages that are graphics-heavy (like with gifs and such).
