Banana Republic and Mad Style Sweepstakes ~ 2/29/12 (Facebook)

Sweepstakes begins on February 20, 2012 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on February 29, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (and District of Columbia), Canada, and Puerto Rico who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Limit: Each person may enter one (1) time during the Promotion Period.

For each friend you invite who then registers for the Sweepstakes you will be given one(1) additional entry into the Sweepstakes up to a total of ten(10) additional entries during the Promotion Period.

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A trip for two (2) to Los Angeles, CA for a Mad Men make-over. Trip package includes:
• round trip, coach-class air transportation on Virgin America for two (2) from a Virgin America serviced major airport near winner's home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Los Angeles, CA;
• two (2) nights' accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy);
• ground transportation to and from airport and hotel;
• a make-over for the winner with Janie Bryant from Mad Men;
• a Mad Men set tour, including ground transportation to and from tour; and
• a $1,000 Banana Republic gift card (terms and conditions apply).

Specific time and duration of make-over and set tour determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If winner does not live close to a Virgin America serviced major airport, winner will be flown to the nearest Virgin America serviced major airport (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and depart for Los Angeles, CA from that Virgin America serviced major airport. Winner must travel on the dates determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion or prize will be forfeited. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to select travel times acceptable to winner. Trip subject to availability and blackout dates. Travel must be round trip. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Sweepstakes, and those set forth by the Sponsor's airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner. Unless child of winner, travel companion must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of departure or a sibling/friend of winner with the appropriate parental permissions and releases and must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the winner. If winner is a minor in his/her place of residence, travel companion must be winner's parent/legal guardian. Travel companion must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of travel documents. Winner and travel companion are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports and any other documents necessary for international travel, if applicable. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. If in the judgment of Sponsor air travel is not required due to winner's proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for round trip air travel at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Sponsor is not responsible if make-over or tour is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, in which event that portion of prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided except as in Sponsor's sole discretion. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $5,200 USD. Actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. Winner will not receive difference between actual and approximate retail value.

TEN (10) FIRST PRIZES: One (1) Virgin America Round Trip Main Cabin voucher, and one (1) $100 Banana Republic gift card. Total ARV of Virgin America voucher and Banana Republic gift card: $600 USD.

Terms and conditions of Virgin America voucher:
A voucher for one (1) Positive Space Round Trip Main Cabin Voucher good for travel anywhere in Virgin America's domestic network. All travel must be completed by December 31, 2012. Seats are subject to availability and seats will not be available during certain holiday and black out periods.* Schedules and markets are subject to change without notice. Voucher is not eligible for upgrades or premium seats, nor is redeemable for cash, changes or cancellations to a flight are the Sponsor's sole discretion and cancellation or change fees may apply. All travel using the issued voucher must be booked online through virginamerica.com and includes applicable taxes and fees. All travel must be on Virgin America and will be subject to all applicable Virgin America rules and regulations relating to travel, including, without limitation, Virgin America's standard contract of carriage terms. Travel booked using these tickets will not be eligible to accrue Elevate points. ARV: $500 USD.
