Of course I signed up to play. I don't live anywhere near a casino. I verified my age and my identity when I signed an affidavit (presenting my license and paying for a notary) when I accepted the RCs. I also play the Marlboro games, (and smoke Marlboro, thank you) and have never had to drive to the Marlboro factory to prove who I am.
well you make a good point about Marlboro, I wonder why Harrahs can't (or won't) electronically verify your age? Thats too bad if people have credits that they cant use. but did you really verify your age when you showed the notary? I doubt they even looked, so that is probably why they want you in person at the casino.
Well, that's the whole point. I legally verified my age and identity when I signed the affidavit and had it notarized. If they don't trust a notary (who legally swore that I was verified), what was the point of doing it?
I'm almost positive that my affidavit required me to swear that I was over 21.
might have to visit one of the casinos that are sponsoring the contest. And they have taken those prizes away from the people that would actually use them. The rules did mention reward credits not CASH. BTW it was a casino sponsoring a FREE game.
