Was able to spend my Macy's code directly on Macys.com. Physical gift cards are free shipping. So, I should be getting an actual card in a few days

I just had to remove the space at in the number (and the space it copied when I copied and pasted from the e-mail)

Ok I really feel stupid. I've been reading all these posts about Macys not working and kept trying different browsers, manually typing etc. It worked fine for me after I realized that I was trying to use the code in PROMO code instead of GIFTCODE.
