Prizes:
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a 5-day/4-night trip for winner and three (3) guests to cheer on Team USA at the London 2012 Olympic Games, from August 4, 2012 through August 8, 2012. Trip includes hotel accommodations at the Waldorf Hilton, London (two (2) rooms, each double occupancy); round trip airfare to and from London and major airport closest to winner for four (4); and four (4) tickets to cheer on Team USA at select Olympic Games sporting events to be determined by Sponsor. Winner and travel companions must stay on tour provided by Sponsor during entire trip. Selection of airline, airport, flight itinerary and tickets to watch Team USA at the London 2012 Olympic Games events are within the sole discretion of Sponsor. As part of the Grand Prize, Sponsor will provide winner $36,300 in the form of a check which may be used by the winner to offset his or her income taxes (or a portion of his or her income taxes) incurred when accepting this Grand Prize. Should the Grand Prize winner's income taxes be higher than the $36,300, Sponsor is not responsible for the difference between actual income taxes incurred and this $36,300. Approximate retail value ("ARV") of Grand Prize: $146,300.
