only open to entrants who, as of the entry date, are permanent legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (i.e., excluding the States of Alaska and Hawaii) who are at least eighteen (18) years old.

PRIZE. Subject to the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, one (1) prize will be awarded in this Sweepstakes. The "prize" is a Canadian fishing trip for two (2), which consists of and is limited only to the following: (a) round-trip coach airfare for two (2) people between the major metropolitan airport nearest to prize winner's primary residence (in the event of any dispute, airport shall be as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) ("Originating Airport") and a destination airport ("Destination Airport") in the International Falls, Minnesota area (Destination Airport, carrier, seating, and travel dates and times as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), (b) four (4) nights lodging for two (2) people at the Totem Lodge Resort (the "Resort") located in Sioux Narrows, Ontario, Canada (one (1) double occupancy standard room; room and dates as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; also includes dining (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and reasonable amounts of house selected beverages (excluding alcoholic beverages), (c) ground transportation for two (2) people between the Destination Airport and the Resort (method of transportation as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), and (d) up to three (3) days of guided fishing; includes one (1) guide; field transportation and field dressing; and use of appropriate fishing rods/reels (as determined and provided by Resort). All prize activities (including, without limitation, travel and lodging) must be taken and completed during calendar year 2012. Resort activities, including, without limitation, fishing, are as organized and scheduled by Resort and are subject to weather, safety and other similar limitations and restrictions as determined by Resort in its sole discretion, which may result in limitation of prize (for example, weather may reduce the number of available fishing days under three (3)); in such event, no cash or other consideration will be awarded for the prize limitation. Unused components of prize shall be forfeited and have no redeemable cash value (for example, if winner's and guest's fishing activities preclude use of other Resort activity components of prize). The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the prize is seven thousand six hundred dollars ($7,600).
