PRIZES: A total of seventy-eight (78) prizes will be awarded. The odds of winning any prize depend on the number of Entries received. The following prizes will be awarded:
Exactly Three (3) Grand Prizes (each a "Grand Prize): One (1) trip for two (2) people to travel to Coachella Valley, California. The grand prize winners will receive two (2) festival/shuttle passes to attend a music festival (the "Event") April 20 through April 23, 2012. The trip will include round trip coach air from the airport closest to the winner's home, transportation to and from the hotel, double occupancy standard hotel accommodations in Coachella Valley, California for three (3) nights, a per diem for meal and other transportation expenses. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $3,340.00 ARV per trip.
Exactly Fifty (50) Second Place Prizes: One (1) $100.00 PacSun gift card valid at PacSun stores and online at www.pacsun.com in the United States and Puerto Rico only. ARV: $100.00 per gift card.
Exactly Twenty-five (25) Third Place Prizes: One (1) $50.00 PacSun gift card valid at PacSun stores and online at www.pacsun.com in the United States and Puerto Rico only. ARV: $50.00 per gift card.
TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES IN THIS PROMOTION: $16,750 USD
