I can't decide if I want to keep the tree now. The opening they made their nest in looked like a vagina, and after spraying the expanding insulation in there it looks like I left the tree with a giant oozing yeast infection. Weeping

Perhaps, but it would have been insane to pay someone a few hundred dollars to come out with the same equipment (although maybe better tailored) to do the same thing. They had been swarming the past few days, and I couldn't risk one of my kids getting attacked by a swarm of those things.

Thanks. They are feeling rather large this evening. My muay thai and silat skills aren't anything where they use to be, but maybe now I have the balls to start the MMA career I've been contemplating for a while. Strong

The studio I trained at was invited to another studio over in Alpharetta, GA where Eddie (won't say his last name because if you know the JJ studio I'm talking about there is no need to say it) was belting. Royce G. (you know) was there, and he did the most spectacular breathing exercises where he actually split his abdominal muscles down the middle and then moved them one by one over to the sides of his body. Then he moved them back one by one as well.

That was kind of it for me. At the time I had one of those mentalities where I believed that even though I was good, I'd never be THAT good. So I gave it up. I've been a bully vigilante ever since.
