Sweepstakes starts at 3:00 PM PST on March 09, 2012 and ends at 12:00 PM PST on March 30, 2012.
Sweepstakes is intended for play by people in the 50 United States, Washington D.C (for purposes of clarity, Puerto Rico and US Territories are expressly excluded), void in Florida, New York and where prohibited by law. Do not enter this Sweepstakes if you are not located in the U.S. and at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
No purchase necessary to enter or win. To enter, either i) mail in a postcard with your first name, last name, date of birth, email address, mailing address and daytime phone number to: Skinit, Inc., Attn: Win the New iPad Sweepstakes, 8969 Kenamar Dr., Suite 108, San Diego, CA 92121; or
ii) go to www.skinit.com/winanipadentry and fill out the required information. All entries must be received by March 30, 2012 at 12:00 PM PST.
Only one entry may be submitted via the link at www.skinit.com/winanipadentry. All other entries must be submitted by mail. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning. Entries will be capped at a combined 10 per person for the duration of the Sweepstakes.
Or, for entry, with SkinIt purchase:
a) Go to Skinit.com from March 9, 2012 through March 30, 2012 and make a purchase;
b) Anyone who purchases an item on Skinit.com will be entered to win one of 15 prize packs to be given away daily between March 16, 2012 and March 30, 2012 ("Transaction").
c) Purchasers will also be given an opportunity to share their purchase on Facebook, Twitter or via email using a link provided by Skinit after the checkout process. Sharing their link will give the purchaser an additional entry ("Link Share");
d) For every purchase referred to Skinit through such link ("Referred Transaction"), the original purchaser will be given an additional entry into the drawing.
One Prize winner will be drawn each day from the entrants on March 16, 2012 through March 30, 2012. For the day of any drawing, all entries must be made by 12:00 PM PST. Entrants will receive one entry for each Transaction on Skinit.com and may receive additional entries through Referred Transactions and the Link Share. Only one entry will be awarded per Transaction, Referred Transaction or the Link Share. Entries will be capped at a combined 10 per person for the duration of the Sweepstakes.
PRIZE (15 Winners): Apple new iPad (16GB WiFi), Skinit new iPad Skin, Clear case for the new iPad $565
Total approximate retail value of all prizes = $8,475 (U.S.).
