No Purchase Or Online Access Necessary. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR
CHANCE OF WINNING. This is an offer and does not imply that you have won a prize.
Odds of winning a Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.
This sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States or D.C., 21 years of age or older. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entry attempts from the same person will be rejected. Employees and members of their immediate families and households of Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and anyone involved in the production, development or handling of this Sweepstakes are not eligible. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. "Household members" shall mean those people who share the same residence at least three months a year. SWEEPSTAKES IS SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE LAWS AND IS VOID IN PUERTO RICO AND WHERE PROHIBITED.

Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 am ET March 10, 2012 and ends 12:59 pm ET on October 15, 2012.
HOW TO ENTER
Two Ways to Enter: 1) Navigate to www.ScottProShopTowels.com and complete all the
requested information, including product UPC Code for Scott ProShop Towels and follow the
instructions to enter online. You must completely fill out the entry form, or your entry will be
ineligible. 2) To enter via mail: On a 3" x 5" piece of paper hand-print your name, complete
address, telephone number, e-mail address (if available), and (optional) product UPC Code for
Scott ProShop Towels. Then mail in an envelope with proper postage to: Take the Challenge
Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 705, North Branford, CT 06471. Product UPC Code will also be
available on Sweepstakes website.
All entries become the property of the Sponsor. They will not be returned or acknowledged. No
responsibility is assumed for lost, late, stolen, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete, postage-due or
illegible mail or entries. Promotion materials and entries are void if they are in whole or in part
illegible, incomplete, damaged, irregular, altered, counterfeit, produced in error, or obtained
through fraud or theft. No responsibility is assumed for any failure or unavailability of electronic
communications or Internet connections. By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official
Rules.
PRIZE/ODDS OF WINNING
One (1) Grand Prize will be available: a 2012 Dodge® Challenger® SRT8 392 Hemi® and a
trip for two to Nashville, TN in November 2012 and a case of SCOTT® Pro Shop Towels and one
(1) Cover Craft Car Cover. Car to be presented to Grand Prize winner in Nashville, TN. Date
and time of Grand Prize Dodge Challenger presentation (Date TBD. AND WINNER MUST BE
AVAILABLE TO TRAVEL NOVEMBER 2012. TOTAL ARV of Grand Prize ($49,000.00).
Trip consists of: round-trip coach air transportation for winner and a guest between Nashville,TN
and major airport in U.S. nearest winner's home, 3-days/2-nights double occupancy deluxe hotel
accommodations (nights TBD), round-trip ground transportation to/from airport in Tennessee, one
(1) dinner for two and one (1) breakfast for two at hotel, Limo ride to RTM Productions, all hotel
room taxes, opportunity to be taped on PowerBlock TV on SpikeTV, Winner and guest get to

watch taping of show. All travel dates and arrangements are subject to availability. Winner and
guest must travel on the same itinerary. All costs and expenses not specifically listed herein,
including but not limited to gratuities, additional meals, taxes, expenses, travel insurance, optional
extra activities, and any other incidentals not mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of the
winner. A major credit card will be required at hotel check-in to cover any miscellaneous
expenses. If winner lives within 100 miles of Nashville, TN, ground transportation may be
substituted in lieu of air travel. No responsibility is assumed for postponement or cancellation of
TV Show Taping. In the event the TV show taping does not take place as scheduled, Sponsor's
sole responsibility will be to award the remaining available portion of the prize and no substitution
or compensation will be provided for un-awarded portion of prize (approx. retail value of trip
$3,750.00, actual value may vary depending on departure city).
Vehicle consists of: A 2012 Dodge® Challenger® SRT8 392 Hemi®. Color and options at
Sponsor's discretion, plus registration, title, sales tax (approx. retail value of car $45,000.00).
Winner must have valid U.S. driver's license. Any upgrades, particular color, package, factory or
other options are at the sole expense of the winner. Income taxes and any expenses not listed
above including insurance and costs to own/operate vehicle are responsibility of winner. Allow 8 -
12 weeks after validation for receipt or arrangement of receipt of vehicle. Winner must take
delivery within 45 days of notification. Delivery of vehicle subject to manufacturer, distributor and
dealer manufacturing, production and delivery schedules. Winner will be required to show proof of
insurance prior to taking delivery of vehicle. Sponsor and its agents do not make, nor in any
manner are responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or
implied, in fact or in law, relative to the vehicle, including but not limited to its quality, fitness for
purpose or mechanical condition. Any depictions of a prize are for illustrative purposes and may
not be actual prize awarded. Chrysler/Dodge is not a Sponsor of this promotion. Dodge,
Challenger and Hemi are registered trademarks of Chrysler Group LLC
Prize may not be transferred. Odds of winning Prize depend upon number of entries received. If
any prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater
value.
WINNER SELECTION / VALIDATION
One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected at random from among all eligible entrants on
or about October 16, 2012 by an independent judging organization, whose decisions are
final on all aspects of the Sweepstakes. Entrants agree to be bound by these Rules. You are
not a winner until verified. All prize claims are subject to verification and compliance with the
Official Rules, including eligibility requirements. Potential winner will be notified by overnight mail,
telephone or email and will be required to sign, notarize and return when requested an Affidavit of
Eligibility, a Prize/Travel Release and, except where prohibited, an Advertising/Publicity Release.
Winner's travel companion must also sign a Travel Release. Failure to comply when requested
may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner. If a potential winner cannot
be contacted after reasonable efforts, he/she will be disqualified, without notification, and an
alternate winner may be selected. In January 2013, the winner will receive a 1099 for the actual
retail value of the prize.
