open only to legal residents of forty-nine (49) states of the United States and the District of Columbia (void in Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions and all overseas military installations) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older
The first entry period will run from 12 p.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on March 12, 2012, through 6:00 p.m. PT that same day ("Day 1 Giveaway"). The second through twelfth entry periods will run from 10:00 a.m. one day through 6:00 p.m. that same day, from March 13, 2012, through March 23, 2012 ("Day 2 Giveaway" through "Day 12 Giveaway," collectively with Day 1 Giveaway referred to herein as the "Giveaway Periods").
Entrants may only receive a maximum of one (1) entry in each Giveaway Period.
PRIZE:
Twelve Daily Prizes (each a "Daily Prize") will be awarded in this Giveaway.
For Days 1 through 9 (March 12, 2012 through March 20, 2012), the Daily Prize will consist of: one (1) Fandango Bucks card ("Fandango Bucks") worth fifty dollars ($50.00) (Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") $50.00 (USD)); one (1) $100 Café Press gift certificate promo code (ARV $100.00), and one (1) Facebook gaming code. Total Daily Prize ARV for Days 1 through 9 is one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00 USD).
For Days 10 through 11 (March 21, 2012 through March 22, 2012), the Daily Prize will consist of: one (1) Fandango Bucks card ("Fandango Bucks") worth seventy-five dollars ($75.00) (ARV $75.00 (USD)); one (1) $100 Café Press gift certificate promo code (ARV $100.00), and one (1) Facebook gaming code. Total Daily Prize ARV for Days 10 through 11 is one hundred seventy-five dollars ($175.00 USD).
For Day 12 the Daily Prize will consist of: one (1) Fandango Bucks card ("Fandango Bucks") worth one hundred dollars ($100.00) (ARV $100.00 (USD)); one (1) $100 Café Press gift certificate promo code (ARV $100.00), and one (1) Facebook gaming code. Total Daily Prize ARV for Day 12 is two hundred dollars ($200.00 USD).
One (1) "Grand Prize" will be awarded in this Giveaway, which will consist of: one (1) Hunger Games branded Hewlett-Packard Folio 13-1051nr Notebook PC (ARV $1200.00). The total ARV of the Grand Prize is one thousand two hundred dollars ($1,200.00 (USD)).
Total ARV of all prizes in this Giveaway is three thousand one hundred dollars and zero cents ($3,100).
