Who has had this surgery done? I've heard a lot of bad story's of botched Fascia surgeries. I'm a little Cold


I will be out of work over 2 month, so I've been told. What else should I expect? Dontknow

I'd loan you my surgeon. She's a former ballerina and super smart. Unfortunately, she's also a serious b****. laugh out loud Did you tear it? Usually it'll heal with a ton of exercises and the right shoes.

I have lots of inflammation and small tears, I did 3 month of physical therapy and steroid shots. It's been going on for around 9 month. Frown

Yikes! They don't usually give steroid shots for fear of hitting the wrong area. Are you sure about having the surgery? Frown Because so few doctors have even done the procedure and relapse is common. I don't want you going through all that. Crying

Have to or get kicked out of the Air Force. I can't do my PT Tests. Frown
