Sweepstakes begins on March 21, 2012 at 12:00 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time ("PDT") and ends on April 18, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. PDT.
Open only to natural persons who are legal residents and physically located in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Limit one entry per person per e-mail address during the Entry Period.
If you have made a Valid Entry in the Sweepstakes, you may refer other participants to the Sweepstakes for another chance to win. If your referral is selected as the winner then both you and your referral will receive a Sweepstakes prize, subject to and in accordance with these Official Rules.
If you wish to participate as a referrer, follow the entry form instructions and create a personal referrer code that you can give out to other participants ("Referral Code"). The Referral Code can be any mix of numbers and letters. The Referral Code should be unique enough so that, along with your name, Sponsor can accurately identify you as the entry's referrer.
To be considered a valid referral: (i) the participant who is referred by you must follow the entry rules above and make a Valid Entry into the Sweepstakes; (ii) the referral must list your name and Referral Code in the entry form and the referrer's name and Referral Code must match the information on your Valid Entry; and (iii) the referral is chosen as the winner and claims their prize in accordance with these Official Rules.
You may refer participants without any quantity limits. Participants can only designate one person as their referrer and the referrer cannot be changed once an entry form is submitted. If a referral is chosen as the winner but did not list a referrer on their entry form or the Sponsor is unable to match the referrer to a Valid Entry, there will be no referral winner.
PRIZE: There will be one (1) Valid Entry winner and if applicable, one (1) Valid Referral winner. Each prize is a black Wi-Fi-only 32GB version 3 Apple iPad. The total approximate retail value of each prize is $499 USD.
