I finally got my $50 prize from Camel. Yesterday I called Camel again and I got someone that really helped me this time. I told her I was really stressed cause I kept getting the same ole answers to email getup2u.com and never getting back and replies.
Here is what my problem was. Go to my swag at camel site. Click on "go" for the prize that you are redeeming. All of that information that you are putting in there has to be the EXACT information that you are using at the camel site. I had to change my birthday (which most of you know, got rid of the slashes) I had to change part of my address. I had Terrace which I had to change to Ter. Also I had United States which I had to change to US
CS said that Camel is really picky about this info.
I hope this helps somebody.

I just woke up - did no iw's or sweeps. even forgot Marlboro. I guess I was mentally and physically exhausted.
