msn won't let me uninstall it. I went to the remove program page clicked on msn and remove and it says something like we can not proceed with this as it looks like you are disconnected from the internet. And I'm not so I don't know.

if you download this just download the free one, scroll down you will see it, free and pro. just do the free one. Once you got it it will put icon on desktop close every thing click it and go to remove look for MSN and uninstall from there.

was reading earlier and I dont know if its true or not butu someone that posted there said they called and the reason its taking so ling is they are cleaning house of people who are entering under multiple ID's from the same house. 1 or 2 people is acceptable but there are blocking and eliminating people with large numbers. Would be nice!!!
