Entry. Entrant must visit: www.pop-rocks.com ("Website") during the Contest Period (as defined below in official contest rules item #4) and sucessfully complete and submit the online entry form in order to participate in Pop Rocks Website Easter Egg Hunt Contest ("Contest") sponsored by Pop Rocks Inc. ("Sponsor"). By participating entrant will automatically be entered into a random drawing for a chance to win one (1) "Pop Rocks Easter Basket" containing Pop Rocks candy and one (1) iPod Touch® 8GB ("Prize").
Prize. All entrants complying with the conditions will participate in the Contest for a chance to win 1 Prize consisting of an "Easter Basket" containing 25 packs of Pop Rocks candy and a black iPod Touch® 8GB. The total value of the Prize is approximately $225.00 (US Dollars). Prize to be awarded only to an eligible winner to be randomly drawn from among all Contest entries received during the Contest period (as defined in official contest rules item #4) and who responds and claims Prize within designated claim period (as identified in official contest rules item #2).
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute Prize of equal or greater value in case of Prize unavailability.
If the potential Prize winner cannot be contacted or if the Prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential Prize winner forfeits the Prize and Prize will remain un-awarded. Prize will be delivered approximately two (2) to four (4) weeks after the drawing date.
Odds of winning Prize depend on the number of entries received. Entrants will be in competition with legal residents of various countries (as named in official contest rules item #2) . No cash substitution of Prize will be permitted. Prize winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and fees associated with the acceptance and receipt of the Prize.
Contest Period. Contest will open for entries on March 20, 2012 at 12:01 a.m. United States Eastern Standard Time ("EST") and close on April 8, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. United States EST.
