Limit: one (1) entry per person.
Eligibility: open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or the age of majority in his/her state)

Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be awarded: a trip for two (2) people (Grand Prize winner and one (1) travel companion ("Guest") to Newport Beach, CA ("Newport Beach"). Winner and companion must be able to travel between the dates of May 11, 2012 - May 14, 2012. The Grand Prize includes: round-trip (r/t) coach airfare inclusive of all airline-associated fees and surcharges (excluding baggage fees) (via airline carrier(s) selected by Sponsor) between the major US gateway airport closest to the winner's residence and an Orange County area Airport (in the event the winner resides within 150 miles of Newport Beach, ground transportation shall be provided in lieu thereof), round trip airport to hotel transportation in Newport Beach, three (3) night accommodations (standard accommodations, one (1) single rooms, double occupancy, room and tax only) at a Newport Beach area hotel selected by Sponsor, $300 for food expenses, and a $500 shopping spree at Volcom Headquarters store located in Costa Mesa (1740 Monrovia Avenue, Costa Mesa, CA 92627). TOTAL APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE OF GRAND PRIZE IS $2,500.
