To submit your first entry into a Weekly Sweepstakes, you must upload a photograph and caption to the Web site (see specific instructions below). You will only be required to upload a photograph and caption the first time you submit an entry into a Weekly Sweepstakes. Uploading a photograph and caption when submitting subsequent Weekly Sweepstakes entries is permitted, but not required, and will have no bearing on your receiving an entry into the applicable Weekly Sweepstakes or on winner selection.

During the Promotion Period, there will be thirteen (13) weekly sweepstakes each with its own "Weekly Entry Period" as indicated in the chart below. To be entered into each Weekly Sweepstakes, you must submit at least one (1) entry during each Weekly Entry Period for that Weekly Sweepstakes. Entries will not roll into subsequent Weekly Sweepstakes. However, all Weekly Sweepstakes entries (winning and non-winning) will be eligible for the Grand Prize Drawing at the end of the Promotion Period.

You may enter each Weekly Sweepstakes up to twenty-five (25) times each day. For each entry submitted into a Weekly Sweepstakes, you will also receive one (1) entry into the Grand Prize Drawing. Limit: twenty-five (25) entries per day. Each person may only use one (1) e-mail address to participate in this promotion, and such e-mail address may only be used by one person regardless of whether the e-mail address is shared by two or more people.

Each potential Weekly Sweepstakes winner, ten (10) First Prize winners and ten (10) Second Prize winners for each Weekly Sweepstakes, will be selected from among all eligible entries received during the applicable Weekly Entry Period in a random drawing to be held on or about 7/2/12. Entries from each Weekly Sweepstakes will NOT be carried over into subsequent Weekly Sweepstakes Drawings. However, all Weekly Sweepstakes entries received during the Promotion Period will be entered into the Grand Prize drawing. One (1) Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected in a drawing scheduled to occur on or about 7/2/12, from among all eligible entries received.

WEEKLY SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES:
FIRST PRIZES (130): A total of one hundred and thirty (130) First Prize winners (10 per Weekly Sweepstakes) will each receive a check in the amount of $1,000. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $1,000/each.

SECOND PRIZES (130): A total of one hundred and thirty (130) Second Prize winners (10 per Weekly Sweepstakes) will each receive a check in the amount of $50. ARV: $50/each.

Limit: One (1) Weekly Sweepstakes prize per person/e-mail address throughout the Promotion Period.

GRAND PRIZE (1): One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a check in the amount of $10,000. ARV of Grand Prize: $10,000.

TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES: $146,500.

HOW TO SUBMIT A PHOTOGRAPH & CAPTION: Upload a photograph and caption to the Web site that, together, will best describe and illustrate why you want an Edge Endowment and how you would use the money. The following guidelines will apply to photographs/captions:
Photographs must be in.jpg, .gif or .png formats and may not exceed a file size larger than 5 MB in size.
Captions must be written in English and are limited to a maximum of three hundred (300) characters (including spaces).
Photographs cannot be the product of a professional photographer. Submissions must be the sole property of entrant and entrant must have all rights to reproduce and distribute the photo/caption submitted.
Photograph cannot have been published or previously distributed in any media.
In the event another person besides you took the photograph submitted, he/she must have assigned all rights and ownership of the photograph or given you permission to post the picture to the Web site.
If any other identifiable person appears in the photograph, you must have the express written permission of such person to use their image. Entrant may be required to provide proof of permission upon request. Failure to provide such proof may, if requested, render entry null and void.
Submissions must not include any nudity or any other content that in Sponsor's sole discretion is obscene, profane, lewd, defamatory or that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred, incites violence or portrays illegal activities.
Photographs may not contain any third-party materials including prominent logos and trademarks and product names. Incidental uses of such materials, as determined at the sole discretion of Sponsor, and Edge trademarks, product depictions and names (which you have a limited license to use solely for purposes of your submission) are permissible.
Submissions must not depict any material that violates or infringes upon any copyright, moral right, trademark, logo or proprietary right of any entity or person, living or deceased.
Submission must not have been submitted in any other promotion or won any previous awards or prizes.
Submissions must not be used as commercial solicitations.
No celebrities, athletes, musicians or public figures can be shown in your photograph or mentioned in your caption.
Neither photographs nor captions may make or imply any claim regarding the Edge products and any statements or opinions must be honest and accurate.
Submitter agrees to be solely responsible for claims or damages arising from the submitted photograph or caption.
All submissions are subject to Sponsor's review and only photographs and captions meeting the Sponsor's requirements will be posted on the Web site. Photographs/captions submitted to the Web site will be posted at the Sponsor's sole discretion and Sponsor reserves the right to edit or modify or remove any photograph or caption. Sponsor may or may not post your photograph to the Web site; the posting or not posting of a photograph/caption to the Web site will not impact sweepstakes entry or winner selection. In the event a submission is deemed by Sponsor to be unsuitable for posting, any Sweepstakes entry associated with such rejected submission (if any) may, in Sponsor's discretion, remain eligible for the Weekly Sweepstakes associated with the Weekly Entry Period during which such submission was received, as well as the Grand Prize Drawing.
