Second Place prize winners will also receive an e.l.f. Get The Lucky One Look Set. Kit includes: HD powder #83331 ($6), Contouring Blushing & Bronzing Powder #83601 ($3), Volumizing Mascara #21661 ($2), Studio Lip Balm in Pink #82604 ($3), Brightening Eyeshadow #2001 ($1). Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents who are physically located in one (1) of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States (excluding Rhode Island) or the District of Columbia who are at least thirteen (13) years of age or older at the time of entry.
