Sweepstakes begins on March 30, 2012 at 12:00:00 a.m. ET and ends on April 15, 2012 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET.

Open to legal residents of United States only (excluding Rhode Island and Florida). Must be 18 years of age or older.

One (1) Grand Prize – A 3-day/2-night trip to New York City for winner and one (1) guest (ARV $3,000) beginning 5/2/12 and returning 5/4/12. The Grand Prize includes:
- round trip coach-class air transportation* for winner and one (1) guest from major airport nearest winner's home to New York, NY;
- 2-nights lodging 5/2/12 and 5/3/12; checking out 5/4/12) at a hotel in New York City (based on double occupancy);
- dinner for two at one of Eataly's following restaurants of the winner' choice (Il Pesce, La Pizza & Pasta, Le Verdure, Birreria); and
- an invitation to attend the Parmesan.com launch party at Eataly on 5/3/12, which is limited to the winner and their guest. Children of the winner (if accompanying the winner and their guest) may not attend the launch party under any circumstances.

The Grand Prize trip may not be rescheduled and in the event of cancellation by the winner for any reason, shall be forfeited without any obligation on the part of the Sponsor. Winner and his/her guest must travel on same itinerary, and must possess required travel documents prior to awarding of prize. Actual retail value of prize may vary depending on winner's residence and may fluctuate due to market conditions, changes in value of components, (e.g. air transportation and hotel rates) and other reasons. Sponsor shall not be responsible for specific departure and arrival times of flights or delays of any kind. The winner and his/her guest may not volunteer to be bumped from any inbound flight that will disrupt their arrival and the flow of sponsored events. If, in Sponsor's sole discretion, air travel is not required due to winner's proximity to New York, NY, Sponsor will substitute air transportation with ground transportation between winner's residence and hotel, and the difference in value will not be awarded. Any and all costs, fees (including but not limited to cab fares, taxes, tips, gratuities, meals, room service, service charges, laundry service, in-room internet service, alcoholic beverages, merchandise, souvenirs, local and long distance telephone calls, airport charges), and expenses not expressly stated in the Grand Prize description are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. *Domestic round-trip flight may not exceed $500 per person.
