open to residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry.
Contest begins at 12:00 PM (Noon) ET on 3/19/12 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on 4/9/12.
demonstrate your creativity by submitting an original appetizer recipe that complements Pretzel Crisps in one of six available categories
(sweet, spicy, meat, veggie, cheese or bacon) and upload a photo of the recipe you created (the official entry form recipe and photo, collectively "the Entry") and submit
The purchase and use of Pretzel Crisps in your recipe and/or photo is NOT required.
Limit one Entry per email address per category throughout the duration of the promotion.
Limit one vote per category per email address per day.
PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES ("ARV"): Six (6) Grand Prizes (one per category) – Each winner will receive a check for $1,000; Sixty (60) Finalist Prizes (10 per category) – Each winner will receive a year's supply (6 cases) of Pretzel Crisps and a copy of Pretzel Crisp's "Got an App for That?" appetizer recipe book featuring their recipe. Specific Pretzel Crisp flavors are at Sponsor's discretion. There is no monetary value associated with being featured in the Pretzel Crisp recipe book. Recipe appearing in the book is at Sponsor's discretion (ARV: $216 per prize). Total maximum ARV of all prizes: $18,960.
Limit one Grand Prize per person or household.

JUDGING TO DETERMINE FINALISTS: All eligible entries received will be judged by a Sponsor-chosen panel of judge(s) to determine up to the top 10 entries ("Finalists") in each of the 6 categories. The top 60 Finalists (10 in each category) will then be posted online for consumer voting. Judging will be based on the following criteria: originality and creativity – 34%; overall presentation of recipe as depicted in photo – 33% and perceived edibility of recipe – 33%. In the event of a tie, tied entries will be broken based on the highest score for Originality & Creativity. Recipes will not be prepared by the judge(s).
ONLINE VOTING: Beginning 11:00 PM ET on 4/12/12 through 11:59:59 ET on 4/23/12, the 60 Finalist Entries will be posted on www.facebook.co
