SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Matrix Biolage Colorcaretherapie Mother's Day Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") starts on March 23, 2012 at 12:00 PM and ends on April 25, 2012 at 11:59 PM("Sweepstakes Period"). All entries in the Sweepstakes will be divided into fifty (50) state categories, dependent on the state in which each entrant resides at the time of entry (each, a "State Category").
ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (excluding the District of Columbia) 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry.
Entrants will have the option of uploading a photo with their Entry, however, submitting a photo is optional and will not increase your chances of winning. Optional photos must (i) be entrant's own original work, (ii) cannot be previously published or submitted in connection with any other contest, (iii) be in keeping with the Sponsor's image and (iv) not be offensive or inappropriate, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion, nor can it defame or invade publicity rights or privacy of any person, living or deceased, or otherwise infringe upon any person's personal or property rights or any other third party rights. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a photo submitted by such entrant is offensive or inappropriate, not in keeping with Sponsor's image or that is otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules.
Limit one (1) Entry per person using only one (1) email address throughout the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of State Category. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means are void.
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted for each State Category held on or about April 30th 2012 from all eligible entries received for each State Category by an independent judging agency for a total of fifty (50) potential winners.
GRAND PrizeS (50) (One (1) per State Category): An Orchid flower and a gift basket which winner's may provide to their mothers for Mother's Day containing a full range of Biolage colorcaretherapie products, including, but not limited to shampoo, conditioner, masque, and shine shake. The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Grand Prize package is $110. Total ARV of all prizes is $5,500.
