Sweepstakes is related to a songwriting program, which consists of 4 rounds (each a "Round"), with submission, judging and voting phases (each a "Phase"), and a Word Art program,

Limit: Consumers may receive up to 10 Sweepstakes entries per person per each Submission Phase, regardless of method of entry and up to 10 Sweepstakes entries per person per each Voting Phase, regardless of the number of votes cast or method of entry.

1 Grand Prize (for entries from Rounds 1 – 3): A trip package for 2 to Los Angeles, CA for the 2012 American Idol Finale consisting of round trip, coach-class air transportation for 2 from a major airport near winner's home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); 2 nights' accommodations at Sponsor's choice of hotel (single room, double occupancy); 2 tickets to each night of the Finale (seat locations to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); and $500 spending money. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $4,000
ROUND 4 Prizes:
1 First Prize: Coca-Cola® for a year, fulfilled as a gift card. ARV: $260.
20 Second Prizes: A gift pack of Jason Derulo items, a t-shirt, bag and autographed album, all details determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. ARV: $50.
Limit: 1 prize per person. Total ARV of all prizes: $5,260.
