Timing: The Promotion begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Standard Time ("ET") on April 15, 2012 and ends 11:59:59 PM EST May 15, 2012.
Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are of legal age of majority in their state of residence (21 in Mississippi; 19 in Alabama and Nebraska; 18 in all other states).
HOW TO ENTER.
METHOD #1 During the Promotion Period, enter the Promotion by visiting http://urlhasbeenblocked/ultimate-birthday-party ("Web Site"). When entering via Facebook, entrant must click the "Like" button (if you are not already a fan of the Web Site). Then, click on the Melissa & Doug Giveaway tab to access the Promotion application and follow the online instructions to submit an entry. If you are already a fan just click on the Melissa & Doug Giveaway tab to access the Promotion application and follow the instructions to submit an entry. Limit one (1) entry per person via the Web Site. All entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM EST on the end date indicated below to be eligible. Administrator's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.
METHOD #2 Simply send a postcard with your name, complete address, email address, daytime and nighttime telephone numbers and date of birth to Ultimate Birthday Party Sweepstakes/Melissa & Doug, P.O. Box 590, Westport, CT 06881. All postcard entries must be postmarked by April 12, 2012 and received by April 15, 2012. Each postcard must be mailed separately. You may enter as many times as you wish by mail.
Limit: Limit one (1) entry per person via the Web Site, but you may enter as many times as you wish by mail.
Prizes: Three (3) Winners will receive a $250 Shoping Spree from both Melissa & Doug and Party City. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") is $500.00. Total ARV of all prizes: $1500.00. Limit one (1) prize per household.
