Sweepstakes begins April 19, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. PST and ends on May 31, 2012, at 6:00 p.m. PST.
Open to legal U.S. residents 18 years of age or older and the age of majority in their place of residence as of date of entry.

Limit one entry per email address during the entry period.
Prize: The following prize will be awarded: One (1) winner will receive a trip for two (2)* to New York, New York; two (2) tickets to Spider-Man Turn Off The Dark on Broadway, a behind the scenes tour of the show, a photo op with Spider-Man, Spider-Man merchandise pack, and two (2) night's standard hotel accommodations. Approximate retail value: $2,000.
* Trip includes round-trip coach air transportation for up to two (2) persons from a major airport near winner's primary residence, two (2) night's standard hotel accommodations (up to two rooms, double occupancy). Winner and guest must travel on dates specified by Sponsor; alternative travel dates are not available. No travel extensions permitted. Winner and guest must travel on same itinerary. Winner and guest must possess all necessary documentation required for air travel (e.g., valid photo identification and, if applicable, U.S. passport). Meals, gratuities, transportation to and from Winner and guest's home and airport, transportation between the airport and hotel, upgrades, fuel, rental car, incidentals, optional entertainment, departure taxes, customs/agriculture fees, and other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are the Winner and guest's responsibility. No responsibility is assumed by Sponsor for canceled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled events, and no refund or compensation will be made in such instance. Travel and accommodations and tickets to the event are subject to availability. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Sponsor reserves the right to select airport, airline, hotel, ground transportation and event seating in its sole discretion. Airline tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable and are not valid for upgrades or frequent flyer mileage accrual. If Winner resides in New York, New York, air transportation and corresponding airfare will be substituted with car service. Certain blackout periods and travel restrictions may apply. If the Guest is a minor, Winner must be such minor's parent or legal guardian and must execute and return any travel documents on the minor's behalf.
