Hi all,

I started this thread for anyone who wants to come here for lite discussion, jokes, and just general discussion and fun.

Everyone is welcome!

I was thinking that maybe it would be helpful to keep the original thread to a bit more of a serious discussion of the clues and answers.

This would make the original thread more useful to those seeking serious information and clues without having to read through hundreds of extraneous messages.

Hi Sprok, Sore, Still recovering from Tuesdays 80 mile run across the desert in my 'RZR'. It was hot and very very fkn dusty. Fun though. Cold/windy/rainy today. 55*

We got into about a 10 mile stretch of what we refer to as flour. It's a dirt trail but it's so dry out there and well used it had turned a part of it into a really fine powder about a foot deep. i still have the full cab on it and the dust came rushing in from underneath with no where to escape. If I'd have taken the windshield off it would have been a lot better. I'm telling ya, It was so bad the engine quit once, Wasn't getting any air. Had to knock the dirt out of the air filter and the intake is in the cab right next to me. My lungs are still burning from breathing that shit. Almost went to the hospital Wednesday. Ugghhh!!

IU means international units! Thats how they are measured instead of g for grams or mg for milligrams. Average dose is 500-100 a day and they are giving me 50,000 every 3 days!. Just eat yogurt and dairy and ask for a bone density test to see if you need more. Most multi vitamins are made with coal tar which I dont think is healthy. Im looking for a good healthy multi vitamin but the FDA doesnt regulate vitamins any more so its hard to find one that has what it says in it. If it has the green stamp on it from United States pharmacology something or other it has passed their approval. Should say USP on the label somewhere. They have tough standards
