RETIRED Marlboro Outwit the West Funny Farm

Hi all,
I started this thread for anyone who wants to come here for lite discussion, jokes, and just general discussion and fun.
Everyone is welcome!
I was thinking that maybe it would be helpful to keep the original thread to a bit more of a serious discussion of the clues and answers.
This would make the original thread more useful to those seeking serious information and clues without having to read through hundreds of extraneous messages.
So, I hope it catches on !
So pop a beer and pull up a chair and relax !

I think we need to find a private island and invent a new country that isn't so oppressive! (oh wait, wasn't our country formed for a similar "rights" cause?)
For pete's sake... these airport "lounges" are sealed off & if you want to have a smoke you need to buy a $7 beer. No non-smoker can even get a wisp of smoke if they don't open the door below the large "SMOKING LOUNGE" sign.
Who the hell are the non-smokers that want to go in there & buy a $7 beer if they don't want a smoke? There are plenty of other restaurants & cafe's and carts where they can stick their f'ing croissant up their f'ing (well, you know).
okay, Dabbs... ebay expert... do you see any islands for sale?

Mayor Bloomberg of NY gave them half a million to help it win
California Proposition 29, Tobacco Tax for Cancer Research Act (June 2012)
California Proposition 29, the Tobacco Tax for Cancer Research Act is on the June 5, 2012 presidential primary ballot in California as an initiated state statute.[1]
If Proposition 29 is approved by California's voters, the tax on cigarettes in the state will increase by $1.00 per pack. California's current cigarette tax is 87 cents per pack. The total tax per pack of cigarettes, if Proposition 29 passes, will be $1.87/pack. The additional tax revenue will be used to fund cancer research, smoking reduction programs, and tobacco law enforcement.

I just received an e-mail to verify my info from the Samsung Olympic Daily Genome Sweeps. Per the e-mail, I won a daily $25 GC prize awarded in the form of a pre-paid debit card. There are 5 winners daily and a weekly drawing for a Samsung Galaxy.
I only entered once!
It was late (early morning), I was catching up on back posts in this thread, and I entered most of the contests that BoydSchidtt had posted about that day. This one took FOREVER to look up the answers. (but I did get Swagbucks from one of the searches). I thought NEVER again.
WOW! Just received 33 SB's for looking up Samsung Olympic Genome!
here is the link to the contest:
