Hi all,
I started this thread for anyone who wants to come here for lite discussion, jokes, and just general discussion and fun.
Everyone is welcome!
I was thinking that maybe it would be helpful to keep the original thread to a bit more of a serious discussion of the clues and answers.
This would make the original thread more useful to those seeking serious information and clues without having to read through hundreds of extraneous messages.
So, I hope it catches on !

Today I was driving to WOK and called home on my cell phone because I had forgotten something. I got a busy signal, so I called back ten minutes later. Hubby said he was on the phone with a man from New York who called to tell me I won the Road to Aspen Sweepstakes.
I just got home. This is my e-mail:
Dear Lisa,
You recently participated in the Road to Aspen Sweepstakes. This is an official notification that you have been selected as the potential GRAND PRIZE winner.
GRAND PRIZE: 5-day/4-night trip for two (2) to the 2012 Food & Wine Classic in Aspen. Trip includes two (2) round trip economy-class air travel for winner and one (1) guest between the major U.S. gateway airport near winner's home (airport to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and Aspen, CO area airport (airport to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); four (4) nights' hotel accommodations (one standard room, double occupancy) at an Aspen, CO area hotel (hotel to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); round-trip ground transportation to and from Aspen, CO area airport and hotel; two (2) passes to the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen; and $1,000.00 cash or cash equivalent for trip (i.e. gift card, with the issuer gift card being determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). OMG...I am flabbergasted and shakin' in my boots! I had just mentioned to hubby a couple days ago that this would be a fun prize to win. Most of my family still lives in Denver, so I may get to see them too! I can't remember which of my facebook friends first sent me the link to this contest, but a number of us have been sending it back and forth in the last few weeks. Thank you for sharing...and I wanted to share this with my FF friends.

Won a $20 Wendys GC from the FB IWG. I've played this daily multiple times, sometimes for hours and FINALLY won!!!!! I had sorta decided that it wasn't going to happen, so I'm really happy!!!!!

and it is so fast I do not no how I even used the old one I had or won any thing in the past
but now the set up on this one going take a min. to do but found you guys at the FF so that's a good start. This New Windows 7, is different from Windows Vista.
You wold not believe the good deal 679.00 and I get a 100.00 visa card rebate back. I used my 500.00 gift card from C and a few other I had. It all worked out to free.

I finally got rid of my year's worth of fruit snacks that didn't contain fruit
I'm close to being finished putting my personal gym together (Tyson 30 days win)... LOL. Taking my time & they also missed a couple bolts in the parts kit. I had to install & uninstall the weights 3 times (up & down tall poles!), because the instructions don't give enough details! This is a good workout. Simply invigorating.
The box hubby won showed up while I was at WOK. I got home and here is this huge box with 12 boxes of fruit snacks, 24 snacks per box. One open, 4 left. He assures me they are made with real fruit...it says so on the box.

It's exciting for so many reasons! I love the Colorado Rockies, and would love to see my fambly! The last time I was there was for my youngest brother's funeral a few years ago. I've been in the restaurant business one way or another my entire life, so the food and wine part will be terrific! And I'm familiar with some of the people who will be showcased at this classic event because I've been a fan of the show Top Chef for a long time. I'm mind boggled that I won this!
