Hi all,

I started this thread for anyone who wants to come here for lite discussion, jokes, and just general discussion and fun.

Everyone is welcome!

I was thinking that maybe it would be helpful to keep the original thread to a bit more of a serious discussion of the clues and answers.

This would make the original thread more useful to those seeking serious information and clues without having to read through hundreds of extraneous messages.

Trees has a couple hundred on it so I guess Im gonna make peach preserves! Instead of using sugar im gonna use Truvia to cut the calories down and make it healthier! Hope they turn out good. Otherwise I might have to let them ferment and make gognac!!! Big Grin
You may or may not know - I hope you do. Somehow AOL is my home page on the Internet Explorer AND next to it is HP MSN. All the time it asks me if I want to make the Explorer my Default Browser. I just ignore it. I do not know how I got 2 home pages on the explorer but it will not let me share anything on facebook. I told it to delete MSN but it is still there. What should I do if anything? Most things work on there except sharing. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I didn't have to do anything... it just said will be sent in 6-8 weeks

If you are using 2 browsers... IE and Firefox, Windows needs to know which one you want as the default

Freezing at 60*????? Where do you think you are Florida??? laugh out loud We had a very early spring this year. The leaves didnt even fall all the way off the trees!!!! Still no apples on the tree but the blackberry bush the birds planted on the fence line survived and I got 4 pints from it and the dog ate the rest!!! Got about 8 pints off the mulberry tree and Im cutting it down while its little enough since its right under the phone lines. Birds planted it too! I planted $300 in stuff last year and sister ran over every bit of it with the lawnmower!! Birds plant stuff all the time and it lives!!!

My little treelets are dying off. Sam sprayed weed b gone and 1/2 of them are gone and he cut the grass really short. I am not so worried any longer. I hope the rest of them go as there is still a lot.

When it comes up there should be a box to check that says dont ask me again. To have only one browser there should be a wrench symbol for the toolbox. So I deleted my long drawn out explanation since I tend to go into too much detail and it gets confusing. Found a tutorial for you. Hope it helps. http://help.aol.com/help/microsit...alId=17500

Glad you found a way to get rid of t hem. My idea of putting on gloves to get rid of the poison ivy backfired!!!! They turned out to be latex gloves and I forgot I cant use latex!!!! Not only that but when I threw the poison Ivy into the barrel it blew back and wrapped around my arm. Now I have a red patch on my arm!!!! But the weeds are gone!!! Big Grin

when I turn on the computer there are 2 round buttons on the bottom left - the IE and next to it is Firefox. I can click on either one. I most use firefox. If I choose IE where they are asking me which is my default, will it change anything?
It has done nothing but ask me all the time since I got this computer and it does not seem to bother anything except be annoying that I have to click out of it.
I just cannot figure out why I cannot share anything on the explorer facebook entries and I cannot when I go thru aol mail so it seems like aol is blocking sharing it keeps asking me on both to close my tabs.
firefox facebook entries allow me to share all the time.
I have 2 home pages on the explorer and do not know why. I am so afraid to screw things up. so sorry to bother you. I don't want to spend money and go to staples if I do not have to.

I does seem like it's freezing !!! After a few days in the 90's, followed by a few days of rain, the dampness along with temps in the lower 60's does make it seem like it's freezing !!! I just saw our local weather... going down to mid 40's tonight !!!!
