Hi all,

I started this thread for anyone who wants to come here for lite discussion, jokes, and just general discussion and fun.

Everyone is welcome!

I was thinking that maybe it would be helpful to keep the original thread to a bit more of a serious discussion of the clues and answers.

This would make the original thread more useful to those seeking serious information and clues without having to read through hundreds of extraneous messages.

I spent and wasted most of my day on the phone and going to pet shops. Fox 5 news said NJ passed a new law requiring dog to be locked into the seat belts with these harnesses. Pet Smart sold out of all of them in one day - they said nearly 1,000. No one really knew the exact interpretation of the law but at about 5:30 the police called me back to advise i do not have to do that. they are even selling these very expensive dividers like the cabs and police have separating the front from the back seats in the cars, having to order the exact one for your model car. Police said they are not allowed to ride in the front or hang out of windows. I hope they are correct because the news said fines range from $250 to $1,000 per pet depending on circumstances. So I bought nothing yet.

Any time a law is passed it dodesnt go into effect immediately. They set a date for it to start. Find out exactly what you need and shop online first!!!! You can get things cheaper online sometimes. Especially if you put in best price before you put in what you want to look up. Nextag.com is a good site to comparison shop. Theres a few others. Most regular harnesses should be fin if you put the seat belt through it. Im sure your local news will have alot on it and what you need. Most news channels have an online page to look stuff up too. They may have an article on it. Ours here is like KY3.com.

Not exactly. You have to guess whats in the present and swap until you get one you want. But you cant tell whats in the box. Hope its not Schrodinger's cat!!! It is not good. the harnesses have a 2-3 ft. lead on it like a leash and the 3 of them will hop all over each other and get tangled. I just don't know. I will try one maybe and see how it works, but petsmart is totally out. Of i get it there at least i can return it.

I swapped and swapped. I really signed on to do sweeps and wound up doing this and I truly do not understand. My swap number kept changing - i guessed and guessed and have absolutely no clue what the he$$ i am doing except frustrating myself. Maybe when others start to play and say more about it i can understand because i really do not!

Only thing on the prize list I want is $$$$ Will end up giving away the rest if I win!!! I know they want it to be a fun game but they should have prizes people want. Have no use for a ipod dock or an amp. Send me the guitar or the dang Ipod!!!! Roll Eyes (Sarcastic) I'll probably just switch until I run out and take what I get. No way of telling how big the present is so no way to tell whats in it.

Blondeey, I bought more than 1 harness and seat belt lead for Reno as he was growing....I bought the harness and seat belt lead together....but if you have a good harness on your dog with the ring at the top, then all you need to buy is the seat belt lead(it goes in the seat belt connector and then snaps to the ring on the back of the dogs neck)

The seat belt lead is adjustable......

The leads I saw today were long and the 3 of them will jump all over each other and become tangled I think. And they could hurt themselves and each other. I don't know. Thanks. They pull and cough with the harnesses and I have the good ones that go around them in 2 places. I have a soft "cage" which will hold 2 of them but I need another. Fuzzy is 24 lbs or around that and petsmart said they hold up to 20 lbs. I can put guido and daisy in the one I have together but it has no handle. It is kind of a bed with a dome top.
