I started this thread for anyone who wants to come here for lite discussion, jokes, and just general discussion and fun.

I was thinking that maybe it would be helpful to keep the original thread to a bit more of a serious discussion of the clues and answers.

This would make the original thread more useful to those seeking serious information and clues without having to read through hundreds of extraneous messages.

OK. Planting Climbing roses. Know I need manure stuff, blood meal or bone meal, not sure which, what kind of dirt do I use??? Had roses there for years til my mom ripped them out. Can I use vegetable and flower soil from Lowes??? Any tips on how to plant them to make them do best???

Lots of compost mixed into your soil, bone meal and epsom salt . Dehydrated manure would also help

My brother inherited a rose bush with a house he bought,,, very sad bush ! He dug around it, added the bone meal, and compost. That helped,, but he also watered it with a strong mix of epsom salt and that really brought it back to life !!! He also uses Miracle-Gro a few times during the growing season.
