Hi all,

I started this thread for anyone who wants to come here for lite discussion, jokes, and just general discussion and fun.

Everyone is welcome!

I was thinking that maybe it would be helpful to keep the original thread to a bit more of a serious discussion of the clues and answers.

This would make the original thread more useful to those seeking serious information and clues without having to read through hundreds of extraneous messages.

So, I hope it catches on !

I forget.... Do roses need bone meal or blood meal???? Gonna go slow and try to get some of it done tomorrow but gotta buy the stuff tonight. I tried to but Zena saw it and thought it was a stick so she dug it up and played with it!!!! Took it and whooped her but with it. She dont touch my plants now!!! And when I water them she lets me take turns.... plants turn... Zenas turn!!!! laugh out loud

bone meal. and yup tomatoes like calcium, try pink tomatoes next year, just as tasty with less acid

It starts over at 1 each month it did that on June 1st also. I think you only get the coupon the first time because I've never gotten it again when I hit 50 each month.

i GROW MY JALEPENOS UP ON THE PORCH UNDER THE CANOPY so I can control the amount of water they get. Just barely water them enough to keep them alive. Made some salsa with them and it turned out really spicy!!! Wish I could still eat chili. Thats why I planted them!

epsom salt and........ put 5 - 6 matches in the soil when planting peppers. they "like" the sulfur/phosphorus !

Thanks. step dad told me to put beer in a glass and half bury it to get rid of the slugs. Who knew they liked beer??? EEK!

I, personally wouldn't share beer with slugs, here again... epsom salt sprinkled around the plants will keep them at bay,, so will sawdust
