21+, contiguous US, one entry per person/email address. Ends May 18, 2012 @ 11:59pm PT
Prize: (1 winner) 3-day/2-night trip for two to Las Vegas, Nevada to see Celine Dion in concert at The Colosseum. The trip includes round trip coach airfare for two people from the major airport nearest the winner's residence (as determined by Prize Provider) to the major airport nearest Las Vegas; 2-nights hotel accommodations in the new Octavius Tower at Caesars Palace Las Vegas (single room/double occupancy); dinner for two at Old Homestead Steakhouse; brunch for two at Central by Michel Richard; two signature spa treatments at Qua Baths & Spa; and two front orchestra seats at the Concert including VIP champagne (seating determined by Prize Provider). (ARV: $2,825)
Travel must take place by August 12, 2012 and travel is based on Concert schedule, travel restrictions, and blackout dates. If the winner is unavailable for travel on the designated dates, the winner will be disqualified and the Sponsor reserves the right to select another winner in its sole discretion and if time permits. Winner and guest must travel out of the same airport and on the same itinerary. Final prize value may vary depending upon departure location, travel dates, time of travel, and other factors. Any service charges, additional meals, beverages, souvenirs, incidentals, gratuities, phone calls, seating upgrades, luggage fees, travel insurance, and any and all other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner and guest are responsible for, and must already own, all necessary travel authorizations such as passports, visas, and/or government identification and for any travel insurance. Prize Provider, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation if the winner resides within one hundred twenty-five (125) miles from the trip destination. If, for any reason, the Concert is postponed or canceled, the Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible and the trip will be awarded without the Concert on the same itinerary. The Prize Provider reserves the right to substitute any portion of these prizes, including travel dates and destination, for a prize of equal or greater value. No transfer, assignment, change of the prize, or cash substitution is permitted except at the sole discretion of the Prize Provider. If a winner cannot be contacted or is disqualified, the Sponsor reserves the right to determine an alternate winner, in its sole discretion. Unclaimed prize(s) will not be awarded. Other restrictions may apply. All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner
Individuals who have won a prize from Premiere Radio Networks or Radio Delilah within one hundred eighty (180) days prior to the start date of this Sweepstakes are not eligible to enter or win.
