Prize: (1 winner) Trip for two for the Grand Prize Winner and one guest to the 2012 CMT Music Awards in Nashville, TN currently contemplated to take place between June 5, 2012 and June 7, 2012, dates non-negotiable but subject to change in VMN's sole discretion. Although all entrants must be at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, if Grand Prize Winner is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian and such person must pay his/her own expenses unless deemed to be an allotted Guest. The trip will include: round trip coach air transportation for the Grand Prize Winner and his or her Guest which shall originate from a major gateway airport of Sponsor's choice nearest Grand Prize Winner's primary residence (as determined by VMN in its sole discretion) to Nashville, TN. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if the Grand Prize Winner resides within one hundred fifty (150) miles of Nashville, TN; 2-nights' hotel accommodations at a Nashville hotel which shall be one room (double occupancy) (meals, telephone calls, tips and other incidentals and costs are not included); Music Fantasy Getaway Swag Bag to be tailored pursuant to the Grand Prize Winner's fantasy getaway wishes, but ultimately determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion); a $1,000 Music Fantasy Activity/Tour/Shopping Allowance to be tailored pursuant to the Grand Prize Winner's fantasy activity/tour/shopping wishes, but ultimately determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion); two tickets to the 2012 CMT Music Awards Show; roundtrip ground transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest (to be taken together) between airport and hotel in Nashville, TN as well as to/from the 2012 CMT Music Awards Show; a VIP lunch and Meet & Greet Experience with 2011 Nationwide NASCAR series champion, Ricky Stenhouse Jr. for Grand Prize Winner and Guest day-of the Awards (personality scheduled for VIP Meet & Greet is subject to change at Sponsor's discretion); all taxes related to the foregoing hotel accommodations and air transportation. (ARV $3,999). ARV is subject to change based on current market conditions at time of Grand Prize fulfillment and the time of travel and the distance between departure and destination. Any difference between the ARV and the actual value, if any, will not be awarded.

If Grand Prize Winner is not available to travel on the dates specified by Sponsors, in Sponsors' sole discretion, Grand Prize Winner's privileges and prizes will be terminated and an alternative Grand Prize Winner will be selected from the remaining Eligible Entries. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Grand Prize Winner and Guest must travel on the same itinerary. Guest traveling with Grand Prize Winner must be at least 18 years of age at time of Grand Prize fulfillment. Sponsors will determine the airline and hotel in their sole discretion. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Grand Prize Winner and Guest must possess valid travel documents in order to travel. All travelers must execute a release of liability prior to ticketing. Travel arrangements are subject to availability and must be roundtrip. Sponsors shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services and accommodations necessitated by same. Sponsors shall not be liable for any loss or damage to baggage. All travel dates are subject to change in Sponsors' sole discretion.
