By submitting the required information to the Email Address you will receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes ("Email Entry").

GRAND PRIZE: One [1] Grand Prize is available to be awarded in this Sweepstakes: The Grand Prize consists of a trip for the eligible Grand Prize Winner and a guest ("Travel Companion") to London, England ("London"). The Grand Prize trip includes the following: (i) roundtrip ("R/T") economy (coach) class airfare for two (2) from a major U.S. gateway airport near the Grand Prize Winner's hometown (within the Eligibility Area) to London; (ii) three (3) consecutive nights hotel accommodations (single standard room, double occupancy; room and room tax only) at a hotel ("Hotel") in London selected by Sponsors; (iii) a Sony Pictures Classics Blu-ray gift pack of five (5) SPC Blu-ray titles (selected at sole discretion of SPC); (iv) a $1000 Jimmyjane Gift Card (subject to terms of use at www.jimmyjane.com); and (v) one (1) "Hysteria" poster. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is $4,105.00.

FIRST PRIZE: One [1] First Prize is available to be awarded in this Sweepstakes: The First Prize consists solely of (i) a selection of Form vibrators from Jimmyjane (as selected by Sponsors); (ii) a Sony Pictures Classics Blu-ray gift pack of five (5) SPC Blu-ray titles (selected at sole discretion of SPC); and (iii) one (1) "Hysteria" poster. The ARV of the First Prize is $705.

SECOND PRIZE: Five [5] Second Prizes are available to be awarded in this Sweepstakes: Each Second Prize consists solely of a "Hysteria" Poster. The ARV of each Second Prize is $5.00.

The total ARV of all prizes to be awarded in the Sweepstakes is $4,835.
