Sweepstakes begins at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on May 21, 2012 and ends at 10:00 a.m. PT on May 23, 2012.
Only open to natural persons who are legal residents and physically located in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, all U.S. Territories and Possessions and all Overseas Military Installations) and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age as of May 21, 2012.

PRIZES: Sponsor will award ten (10) First Prizes, consisting of one (1) pair of Stride Rite Hulk, Captain America, or Iron Man X-Celeracers shoes. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each First Prize: $45.00. Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded in this Sweepstakes: $450.00. Winners may pick one (1) pair of Stride Rite shoes from Zappos.com. Style, size and color must be in stock in Zappos.com's existing inventory.
