PRIZES. Sponsor will award five (5) VIP Grand Prizes, one hundred (100) First Prizes, twenty-five (25) Second Prizes, fifty (50) Third Prizes and seven thousand (7,000) Fourth Prizes. Total Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of all prizes awarded is $25,050.
VIP Grand Prize is a 2-day, 1-night trip for two (2) to attend the Avett Brothers Legendary Giveback Concert (the "Event") in October 2012. (ARV: $2,000). Concert will be held, in Sponsor's discretion, in Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee or Virginia. Prize includes round-trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) persons between a major airport near winner's residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and the location of the concert; ground transportation to and from the airport and to and from the Concert and the hotel; single room/double occupancy hotel accommodations for one (1) night; two (2) tickets to the Event, on the date established by Sponsor; $100 check for spending money.
First Prize is one (1) pair of tickets to the Event. (ARV: $70).
Second Prize is one (1) Legendary Giveback t-shirt (ARV: $12).
Third Prize is one (1) Legendary Giveback poster (ARV: $15).
Fourth Prize is one (1) coupon good for $1 off of regular or diet Cheerwine products (ARV: $1).
