Sweepstakes begins on May 1, 2012 at 12:00:01 AM Pacific Time ("PT") and ends on August 31, 2012 at 11:59 PM PT.
Open to: i) all legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry, and ii) all legal residents of Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec, where it is void).

Limit: One (1) entry per person per day. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address.
One (1) Grand Prize Package which includes a 2008 Jeep Wrangler JK vehicle, and a trip for two (2) to Las Vegas, NV to attend the 2012 SEMA (Specialty Equipment Market Association) Show (Wednesday, 10/31/12 to Friday, 11/2/12). Winner will take delivery of the vehicle in Las Vegas, unless otherwise arranged by Winner and Sponsor.
Grand Prize consists of a travel package for the winner and one guest who must meet all eligibility requirements as outlined in the "Eligibility" section of these Official Rules. Travel Package includes:
- One-way coach air transportation from a major airport nearest the Grand Prize Winner's residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) for two (2) people who must travel together on same itinerary.
- Hotel accommodations for three (3) days/two (2) nights (one room for two (2) people and at a hotel selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and will be based on availability at time of booking.
- Ground transportation from airport to hotel.
- A $300 check will be provided to the Grand Prize Winner for incidental fees incurred during travel.
Grand Prize Winner and Guest must be able to travel to Las Vegas, NV on Wednesday, October 31, 2012, and depart on Friday, November 2, 2012, or Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Total Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize Travel Package is $8,000 (USD). Additional restrictions may apply. All other travel expenses not specifically mentioned herein, including but not limited to telephone, food and beverages, gratuities, local ground transportation and taxes, are the sole responsibility of the Winner and his or her Guest. All travel must be taken on the dates specified by the Sponsor or at alternate dates as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion; no alternative travel dates are available. Winner and Guest must travel on same itinerary.
Additionally, the Grand Prize winner will receive a 2008 Jeep Wrangler JK vehicle.
The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the vehicle is $30,000 (USD). Grand Prize Winner will be solely responsible for all title, license and registration fees; freight, delivery and additional equipment; all federal, state and local taxes; and insurance, gasoline, vehicle maintenance; all other fees and expenses associated with the receipt and use of the prize vehicle. The exterior color and graphics of the Grand Prize vehicle will be coordinated by the Sponsor. Grand Prize Winner must provide proof of valid insurance and a valid driver's license to take delivery and must take delivery at the SEMA show in Las Vegas, NV. Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on prize. All costs and expenses not expressly specified in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. The Prize is non-transferable. No substitution, cash redemption, assignment or transfer of any prize is permitted, but the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that an offered prize is unavailable for any reason.
Total ARV of Grand Prize Package is $38,000 (USD).
One (1) First Prize winner will receive a set of four Bilstein 5160 Shocks. The ARV of the First Prize is $800 (USD).
Four (4) Second Prizes winner will each receive a set of four Bilstein 5100 Shocks. The ARV of each Second Prize is $600 (USD).
