Limit one (1) entry per person/email address.
Prize. One (1) Grand Prize: A three day/three night trip for two (2) people to Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) in Southern California. Winner and guest will receive one half (1/2) day of services and instruction at Titleist Performance Institute including: a physical, 3D swing efficiency analysis, 2D video analysis, and a custom club fitting and driver (to be shipped directly to recipient at a later date when ready). Prize also includes greens fees at a local TPI-approved golf course for two (2) players, a gift card of $500 for meals, a midsize car rental for three (3) days, and a "one-year supply" of almonds, which amounts to a one (1) pound bag shipped to Winner's address every month for twelve (12) months. Trip includes round-trip coach airfare for Winner and Travel Companion from major gateway airport nearest Winner's and Travel Companion's residences and one (1) double occupancy hotel room at the Grand Del Mar in San Diego, CA.
Total approximate retail value of all prizes combined: $5,000.
