answer 2 short answer questions (140 character limit per question) and upload a brief essay (1,500 character limit) about what you would do with $100,000 and a year off of work and a recent, clearly recognizable photo of yourself (the "Photo"). Your essay and Photo will be collectively referred to as your submission ("Submission").
If your Submission is determined to be one of the top 10 or 15 Submissions, you may be invited to create and submit a short video (each a "Video"). The Video will not be judged but will be posted during the Voting and Second Sweepstakes Phase IF YOUR SUBMISSION IS SELECTED AS ONE OF THE TOP 5, as specified in Section 6, below. You must submit the Video before July 30, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. ET in order to move forward in the Promotion. If your Submission is not judged to be one of the top 5, your Video will not be used.
Limit: Each Promotion entrant may upload no more than one Submission during the Submission Phase. Each Sweepstakes entrant may receive no more than one Sweepstakes entry per day during either the Judging, Background Checks and Video Creation and Sweepstakes Phase or the Voting and Sweepstakes Phase.

(1) GRAND PRIZE: The Grand Prize Winner shall receive (a) a check for $100,000 subject to federal and state tax; (b) the opportunity to enjoy the comforts of his or her own home while participating in the requirements stated in Section 7.a) above; and (c) a year's worth of Gold Peak Tea, fulfilled as 365 coupons for free Gold Peak Tea.
Total Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize package is: $100,600
(4) RUNNER-UP PRIZES: The Runner-Up Prize winners each shall receive a year's worth of Gold Peak Tea, fulfilled as 365 coupons for free Gold Peak Tea.ARV: $600.
2 LIVE NATION® SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES (ONE FOR EACH SWEEPSTAKES PHASE):
The Sweepstakes Prize winners each shall receive a Live Nation® prize which includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for 4 from a major airport near winner's home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to destination city nearest concert; 3 nights' accommodations at Sponsor's choice of hotel (single room, quad occupancy); and 4 reserved tickets to a select 2012 Live Nation produced and promoted concert (concert is subject to availability) at a participating Live Nation owned or operated venue in the United States. Tickets are not to exceed $500 for 4 tickets. Tickets are redeemable until December 31, 2012, or while supplies last. Selection of concert seat locations is solely within Live Nation's discretion. Tickets to a particular concert are not guaranteed. Tickets are subject to program availability, venue capacity, age, and artist restrictions. Winner and guest(s) must abide by all venue policies. Venue parking is not included. Winner must select concert within thirty (30) days of winning or forfeits the prize. ARV: $2,800.
