Entries into any of the FOUR Instant Win Games may be made during the period commencing on June 10, 2012 at 12:01:01 a.m. Pacific Time (PDT) and ending on June 23, 2012 at 11:59:59 p.m. (PDT) (the "Game Period").

3. HOW TO ENTER:
A. Register at the Promotion. Access http://www.softcoin.com/Sites/Kro...e/HomePage ("Website") during the Game Period. Select your grocery store banner then sign in to your Plus Card account. If you do not have a Plus Card account follow the instructions to register online or sign up in-store and then create an online account at one of the websites below. Creating an account is free. After signing in click on the "Play Now" button. You will be taken to ONE of FOUR games depending on the day of the week (Basketball, Track and Field, Gymnastics or Archery). Follow the instructions to play. If you are a winner, you will instantly see an on-screen message indicating that you won a prize. If you are not a winner, the on-screen message will indicate that you did not win a prize. If you are a winner follow the instructions to add the prize to your Plus Card account. Limit of one play per person/Loyalty account per day across all banners. Limit of one win per day. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules, which are final and binding in all aspects.

D. How to Claim a Prize: If you are notified that you are an Instant Winner, you will be given instructions on how to claim the Prize by adding the Prize to your Plus Card. Once an offer has been loaded to your card you must wait one hour before redeeming the Prize in-store.

5. PRIZES:
The Instant Win prizes to be awarded will be determined based on submissions received soonest after predetermined dates and times. An electronic coupon for each prize won will be loaded directly to the winner's loyalty card. The prize coupons and ARV are as follows:
