Actual value will be determined by winner's residence and seasonal rates. Expenses not specified will be winner's responsibility. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability and certain restrictions; black out dates may apply. Air carriers and other transportation selected by Sponsor. Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary, must comply with all security requirements and are solely responsible for obtaining their respective travel insurance and travel documents such as passports, visas, and proof of current vaccinations (all as may be required by law). Additional releases and qualifications may be imposed by activity providers. Travel must be booked by December 31, 2012 and travel
completed by December 31, 2013 or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Please note that as a prize winner, you may only book onto departures that are guaranteed to depart and have reached their minimum participant requirements. Discovery Adventures reserves the right to substitute tours for operational resources. In the event that trip is cancelled by Discovery Adventures for any reason, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to award the cash alternative prize of $5,000 as complete and final satisfaction for the prize trip or to offer the winner a trip to a different destination.
Grand Prize winner will be requested to provide photos and/or videos he/she takes on the trip, along with a brief written description of the highlights of the trip ("Travel Diary"), to the Sponsor within four weeks of the trip. The Grand Prize winner agrees to grant the Sweepstakes Entities the results and proceeds of the Travel Diary (hereunder "Materials") with the right for the full period of copyright, including all extensions and renewals thereof, and thereafter in perpetuity, throughout the world, to use and re-use all or any part of the Materials for the purpose of making and producing television programs and other works, and advertising, publicizing and exploiting the same, by all means and in all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, and to authorize others to do so. Neither winner nor other party now or hereafter having an interest in the Materials shall have any right or action against the Sponsor or any other party arising out of any use of said Materials. The Grand Prize winner further agrees that Sweepstakes Entities may elect, in their sole discretion, to not use the Materials or to use only a portion of the Materials.
Following the Grand Prize drawing, the Promotion Administrator will conduct a random drawing for each Entry Period from among all eligible entries received for that Entry Period to award one (1) First Prize per Entry Period, each consisting of an Apple® iPad®, approximate retail value $499. A total of three (3) First Prizes will be awarded.
