Personally, I am sick of adults obsessing over a show made for prepubescent girls. Would like to know what other 'non-fans' think of the phenomenon.

And what are you doing? Going against me just for the fact that I dislike a particular group of people? What are your reasons for opposing my stance? And the funny thing is that that you are speaking for the fans of a series you never knew existed in the first place!

And where did I say I never heard of my little pony? I said in my first post I'd never heard of "bronies" and "pegasisters."

My little pony has been around forever. It was popular when I was a little kid back in the 80's. I'm pretty sure I even had a couple at some point. Along with with troll dolls and popples and care bears and nosy bears and all that other stuff.

I think teenage mutant ninja turtles are making a comeback, too. Are you gonna start an "OMG, TMNT fans are pathetic" thread too?

I had My little ponies in the 80's. They are still in my mother's basement. My little girls also have a whole herd of them. I think they are breeding in my basement.

FFS, You can't compare TMNT with MLP. TMNT is more violent and edgy than MLP. Also, I don't see TMNT fans go all nuts and posting crap on unrelated forums. So to answer your question, no, I have nothing against fans of somethings. It's just the weirdos that keep shoving MLP in your face.

Ok, this is the lounge. For fun and entertainment umm some of us tend to ridicule people in threads that seen ridiculous to us. You can ignore them/us... try to reason with them/us before finally giving up on us, roll with it and laugh with them/us...or go apeshit and call people names which tends to start a very lively yet dramatic thread of which you probably won't want to be a part of. My dad still has some of mine from when I was little. My little niece plays with them. My little ponies look pretty rough Teehee.
